Pippy oak kitchen with granite worktops and stone and oak floor, large dining area with circular oak table. Integrated oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, and separate utility room with large fridge freezer, microwave, and door to garden patio.
Master Bedroom Suite
Split level master bedroom and lounge area with stunning views to fells. Exposed stone walls and roof timbers. Ample wardrobe storage and king-size bed.
Twin Bedroom and Mezzanine
A twin bedroom with mezzanine and ladder to single cabin bed. Exposed roof trusses and windows to fell views. Double wardrobe and dressing table area.
Oak Living Room
Large first-floor living room with magnificent stone chimney, fireplace and open fire. Exposed stone walls and king trusses dating back to 1700s. Mullioned window and window seat with outstanding views to fells, river and foss.
Garden and River
Lawned gardens leading down to River Skirfare. Stone flagged dining area and steps to a further terrace with views onto the river and dale. Beautiful location for a summer barbecue and evening drinks.

Parking for 2 cars on gravelled area to front
Linen and Towels
Provided with the barn.
Heating
Central heating, cost included in rental price.
Underfloor heating in family bathroom, open fire in living room. One basket of logs and coal provided.
Pets
No pets accepted.
Babies
High chair and travel cot available on request. Please note there are no
stair gates.
Connectivity
Internet access is offered at Elbeck Barn for recreational purposes only.
Speed and service is good. Mobile phone signal is poor.
Accessibility Statement
The ground floor of Elbeck Barn has a small step up through the front door and back door; however all doorways are too narrow for a wheelchair, as it is a listed building. Please note the Oak Living Room is on the first floor.
